Shipping is free to the destinations we currently serve. This guide explains what to check before ordering, how tracking behaves, and what to keep if the package needs review.
Check scale, weight, and the wall.
Review the dimensions, material, frame option, product weight, and installation notes. Mark the artwork footprint with painter tape before checkout, especially when the piece will sit above furniture.
Follow the carrier scans.
Tracking is provided when available. The first scan can take time to appear after a label is created, and updates may pause during carrier handoffs, customs review, weekends, or busy periods.
Open carefully and inspect before discarding anything.
Raised surfaces, frames, corners, and finishes need more protection than flat paper art. Check the box, inner protection, artwork surface, edges, and hanging area while the packaging is still available.
Keep the evidence together.
Contact Shop Woodly promptly with the order number and photos of the outer box, inner packaging, shipping label, full artwork, and affected area. Keep all packaging until the case has been reviewed.

Delivery timing varies by product, destination, carrier movement, customs processing, and seasonal demand. If the artwork is for a gift, installation date, interior project, photoshoot, or opening event, allow extra time rather than planning around a single estimated day.
Variation and damage are different questions.
Small differences in surface, tone, edge, and finish are normal in handmade work when the overall design, dimensions, and material direction match the selected piece. Damage, a fulfillment error, or another order issue should be reported so the case can be reviewed against the current policy.

Customs and local fees
Destination rules may add customs review, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local carrier charges. Check local import requirements before ordering when these costs are a concern.
Address accuracy
Check every line before checkout.
Dimensional artwork can be difficult to reroute after fulfillment begins. Contact us as soon as possible if the address needs correction. A change cannot be guaranteed once the order is in transit.
