Track Order

Track your Shopwoodly order

Use your order confirmation email and tracking link to follow shipment progress. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created, and carrier scans can occasionally pause during handoff, customs review, weekend movement, or high-volume periods. This does not always mean the package has stopped moving.

What tracking stages mean

A label created status usually means the shipment has been prepared but may not yet have received a carrier scan. In transit means the package is moving through the carrier network. Out for delivery means the local carrier is attempting delivery that day. Delivered means the carrier marked the shipment complete, though packages may sometimes be left at a front desk, mailroom, parcel locker, side door, or reception area.

When tracking looks delayed

If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us with your order number, checkout email, and tracking number. We can help review the available information and suggest the next step. For international orders, customs processing can add extra time and may not always show detailed scans while the package is being reviewed.

Before contacting support

  • Check the tracking link in your confirmation email.
  • Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout.
  • Look for carrier notices, attempted delivery notes, or pickup instructions.
  • Check with household members, building reception, mailroom, or parcel locker if marked delivered.
  • Keep your order number and checkout email ready.

If your package arrives damaged

If the package looks damaged, photograph the box before opening it. Then open it carefully and inspect the inner packaging and artwork. Keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed. Contact Shopwoodly with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, shipping label, full artwork, and any affected area.

Address issues

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, but early notice gives the best chance of correction. Dimensional wall art can be harder to reroute than small parcels, so accurate checkout information is important.

Planning for installation

While waiting for delivery, review the product dimensions and weight, choose the wall location, and identify appropriate hanging hardware for your wall material. Use painter tape to mark the footprint before the package arrives. This makes installation more confident once the artwork is in hand.

Delivered but not found

If tracking says delivered but you do not see the package, check the porch, side door, mailroom, parcel locker, reception desk, building office, garage area, and any location where carriers usually leave larger parcels. Ask household members or building staff whether they accepted it. If the package is still not found, contact us with your order number, tracking number, and delivery address so we can help review the available carrier information.

Preparing for arrival

Before the package arrives, choose a clean area for unboxing and avoid opening the box with a deep blade near the artwork surface. Handmade wall art may include raised texture, framed edges, or sculptural surfaces that should be handled carefully. If the piece is large, having two people available for unboxing can reduce the risk of dropping or scraping the surface.

After delivery

Inspect the artwork before recycling packaging. Check the frame, corners, raised texture, hanging area, and finish. Compare the product received with your order confirmation, including size and variant. If everything looks correct, keep the care and installation guidance nearby while planning the wall placement. If anything looks wrong, photograph the package and item before attempting installation.

Why tracking can look quiet

Tracking systems do not always show every movement. Some carriers scan only at major hubs, border handoffs, or final delivery locations. International packages may also sit in customs without detailed public updates. A quiet tracking page can be frustrating, but it does not automatically mean the shipment is lost. Contact us if the delay looks unusual and we will review the situation with the information available.

Keeping your order information ready

Keep the order confirmation email until the artwork has arrived and been inspected. It contains the order number, product details, and tracking link that make support faster. If you contact us from a different email address, include the checkout email so the order can be located accurately.

Installation timing

Do not schedule a professional installer for the exact delivery day unless the appointment can be moved. Carrier delays, customs review, and local delivery changes can happen. It is safer to inspect the artwork first, confirm the wall location, and then schedule installation.

Tracking help

Order tracking questions

A few notes that help set realistic delivery expectations before contacting support.

Is my order number the same as my tracking number?
No. Your order number identifies the purchase inside our store. The tracking number is issued by the carrier after fulfillment and is the number this tracker needs.
Why is there no tracking update yet?
Carrier scans can take time to appear, especially soon after fulfillment or during carrier handoffs. If the status has not changed for several days, contact us with your order and tracking numbers.
What should I send if I contact support?
Send your order number, tracking number, checkout email, and a short description of what looks unclear. That gives us enough context to help faster.
